For this position we are looking for an enthusiastic, hospitable and flexible person who can work independently. For this position you have your own initiative and you are service-oriented. You have a good representative appearance and good communication skills. You ensure that guests have everything they need during their stay. You strive for a high level of hospitality and service in every service to make a great impression on the guest.

 

What are you going to do:

 

During the evening shift, you are the point of contact and the face of our hotel in varying shifts. By nature you always have a smile on your face and you ensure a warm and cordial welcome for the guests. You sincerely want the guest to experience a unique personal experience. You know how to act in situations and / or calamities, you stand firmly in your shoes and are stress resistant. You ensure that guests have everything they need during their stay. You also don't wait until you get an assignment, but you get to work proactively. We do expect independence.

 

Furthermore, your other tasks are:

 

• Checking in and out of guests and giving them a warm and cordial feeling;

• Providing information to the guest about the area;

• Do security rounds at the hotel;

• Organizing the public space (straightening tables and chairs, etc.);

• Taking and handling telephone calls;

• Providing solutions in case of problems and / or complaints from guests;

• Carrying out security duties in and around the hotel, such as monitoring incoming visitors and identifying and removing unwanted visitors in an appropriate manner.

 

We think it is important that our new colleague:

• English well spoken and written, Dutch and German is an advantage.

• Is above 18 years old.

• Thinks in solutions.

• You are stress resistant and have a high degree of accuracy.

• You have a guest-oriented attitude.

• You have a representative appearance.

• You have good social skills.

Start date: Immediately

Contract: on-call basis 0 hours.

Working hours: Evening shift from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am.

Salary in accordance with catering CAO 2021.

Incl. 8% holiday allowance.
